Warranty

Every Chronohaus build is backed by a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing and factory defects in the watch movement. It's our way of standing behind the components we hand-select and the care that goes into every assembly, and it runs for six months from the date your order is delivered.

What's covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship affecting the movement's core timekeeping function, including irregular timekeeping, a hand-wind or hacking feature that fails to operate, or a crown and stem mechanism that fails under normal use. This applies where the defect was present at the time of assembly and is not the result of impact, moisture, or outside service.

What's not covered

Coverage is limited to the movement itself and does not extend to the case, dial, bracelet or strap, crystal, or any other cosmetic component. It does not cover water damage of any kind once the case has been opened by anyone other than Chronohaus, damage from drops or impacts, cosmetic wear such as scratches or scuffs from normal use, damage from unauthorized repair or modification, or failures caused by conditions outside normal daily wear, such as extreme temperature, strong magnetic fields, or chemical exposure.

Before it ever reaches you

Every movement is regulated, hand-assembled, pressure-tested, and inspected on our bench before your watch ships, which is why most issues never make it to your wrist. On the rare occasion something is wrong with the movement itself, we stand behind it.

Making a claim

Email chronohauscanada@gmail.com within the 6-month warranty window with your order number and a description of the issue. A short video or a few photos helps us diagnose it faster. Approved claims are repaired or the movement is replaced at our discretion, at no cost to you. Shipping for an approved warranty repair is covered one-way within Canada and the US; international claims are handled case by case.

This warranty covers the movement's factory defects only, is extended to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. It does not affect any other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
