Shipping Policy

We ship hand-assembled custom watches to Canada, the USA, the UK, and Australia. Flat-rate shipping is $9.99 CAD on orders over $200.

Processing takes 2–4 business days, with delivery typically 4–14 business days depending on destination.

International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. Tracking is included on every order, and our liability ends upon delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for costs related to failed deliveries or incorrect address information. P.O. boxes are restricted in certain regions.

Damage claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
